    Orange Chicken Salad: saute some onions with pumpkin seeds, throw chicken in and cook while grating orange peel over the chicken. Add some lemon juice and pepper. Serve with salad (lettuce, kale, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, avocado, Italian dressing). Can also serve with a fruit salad (lettuce, kale, green pepper, pecans, halved grapes, apple pieces and mayonnaise).

    I bought the store brand (Kroger) paste, as the pasta is thinner. 450 oven, sprayed a good coat of oil on air-bake pan, placed frozen pasta on pan and sprayed pasta with oil. Sprinkled Mrs Dash zesty garlic blend. and parm cheese, and sprayed oil once more. 15 min in oven, very crispy...not chewy at all! Thanks for the inspiration!!

Sweet Spiced Pumpkin Soup-- just replace butter with coconut oil, and add more coconut milk instead of sweetened condensed and you have a really healthy soup! Then it will be Paleo
