Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (plus more for drizzling)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • oil for greasing pan (I like butter or coconut oil)
  • optional add-ins: 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup chocolate chips, sliced banana etc…
