chocolate cake with fleur de sel caramel filling. one of my favorite cakes to make of all time. always a showstopper!
200g good quality chocolate, not less than 60 percent cocoa 200g butter 200g sugar 1 table spoon of flour 5 eggs Microwave chocolate and butter, mix until smooth. Then place it in the sugar and mix. Stir the eggs. Add a tablespoon of flour and mix well again. Poured into a 20 cm diameter baking unhooked and cooked at 190 degrees for 20 min.
chOcOlate yOgurt cake. made a half recipe in an 8x8, used greek yogurt, 1 part oil & 3 parts applesauce, little less sugar and sprinkled chocolate chips in the batter. very moist. topped with blackberry cream cheese frosting. yum! ****
