I hear a lot of people say (about a lot of things, not just fitness) that they don't have the willpower to live the life they want. To all of those people (myself included): you just have to choose to do it. It's not easy, but it is simple.

Often for those of us who are trying to loose weight this seems like a mountain to climb. Start small with the physical work and you will be on your way.

I need this taped up to my mirror. Especially for those days when I want to talk myself out of working out which is often.

The more you do, the longer, faster and harder you will go. Truth.

Exercise hard. Work through the exhaustion and boredom. Change it up and stay motivated. Even though you can't see an immediate difference, you are continually growing stronger and healthier.
