Another absolute favorite!  This book was falling apart I had read it so many times!

Where the Red Fern Grows by Wilson Rawls.  This was the first book I ever read that made me cry when I read it.

Deenie by Judy Blume - I think I was scared of having scoliosis for months after having read this book.

Deenie ~ Judy Blume ~ This is the first Judy Blume book I ever read. Being a person with scoliosis, I could relate to Deenie. However, I feel I could have still related to Deenie without having the scoliosis in common.

I love Judy Blume. Blubber was one of my all time favorite Blume books, but I loved them all! I'll bet I have read this book at least 50 times. Thanks Judy Blume!

Forever: Judy Blume

My book club read this one. I read it for the first time in the grade. Teen sexuality told in real terms. Judy Blume is awesome. She is the queen of teen books and was writing YA before YA was a "thing"!

I wonder if this book exists in every elementary school library
