Avocado Mango Broccoli Salad serves 4-6 2 ripe avocados, cubed 2 ripe mangoes, cubed 2 – 3 cups broccoli, cut into bite size pieces 1/2 cup red onion, chopped 3/4 cup raisins Himalayan salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. 1. Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve! *Make sure you have nice ripe avocados and mangoes and this salad will “dress” itself!
CREAMY CHICKEN QUINOA AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE - I was not sure how this was going to turn out as I was making it. It ended up being ok but I probably wouldn't make it again. I probably would experiment with quinoa with a cream of mushroom soup or something instead. Might be easier and yummier.

primal-mealplan_zucchini-egg-bake. We LOVE this dish. SO delicious and satisfying. Its pretty much the only dish Rob makes, but I dont care bc its so good. He uses ground turkey instead of sausage and adds kale and extra eggs. Be sure to drain zucchini and meat well after before putting into casserole pan.
no bake paleo cookies- not a diehard paleo fan but clean eating is always the best choice. I have made 'no bake' granola bars similar to this & they were delicious ... Plus, the ingredients for this recipe are ones most of us have as staples anyway. Must try these ...
