cinnamon-swirl-bread This is the best cinnamon bread EVER and it makes some fabulous French toast. Not to mention it is super easy. I subbed coconut milk for the half and half and I did not bake the cinnamon on top. I was afraid it would burn.
Caramel & Brown Sugar Struesel Bread - Added 2 tsp of cinnamon to the bread batter & thinned it out with a little bit of apple cider as it seems crazy thick. Also - Need to modify the caramel - perhaps frozen chunks of caramel (as it cut up caramel squares) so it doesn't disappear at the bread spends 60+ minutes in the oven.
