Free Daily calendar notebook- wow! this is so extensive I can't believe it's free. This is wonderful math practice for first graders and could allow a homeschooling mama some time to get a little housework or breakfast prep done in the morning :)
MAKE THE DATE: This is from our old calendar board. I just added a strip of velcro onto it so that we can display the date in coins. For example, on the photo to the left it is April 28th. So, there is 28 cents displayed on the board. Notice the extra coins hanging on a strip of velcro on the side. FYI, there are velcro dots on the back of the coins so that the kids can practice with real money.
I love these cute classroom newsletters! They match the set of classroom calendars in my Teacher Tools section. If it's not cute, why bother
I could use this in my future classroom as a way for students to recognize what month we are in, what today is, yesterday, etc. This also demonstrates what the weather was like for the week and identify the temperature for the day. I think that this would be a great way for students to be able to learn the months, days and weather. But mainly stressing the days and months of the year.
These calendars are for the 2012-2013 school year. Use them to track student behavior during the year. $
Children need Monthly Calendar Activities! Both Calendar Year and July to July Year booklets are available!
