Pumpkin French toast. I am soooo making this. Update: Made this, finally. It has more of a mild pumpkin flavor than I expected but it's very good. I used twice the cinnamon the recipe called for, plus I used cinnamon chip bread from Great Harvest - it was awesome. I will definitely be making this again.
Num, num, num! (Gluten free) Pasta tossed with arugula pesto with spring veggies. Arugula, basil, toasted walnuts, garlic, lemon, parmesan cheese and olive oil all mixed together...next dinner party this is it!
Preparation 1. Prepare pesto. 2. In heated pan pour oil and cook shrimp for 1.5 minutes on each side (large shrimp) or 1 minute is you are using smaller shrimps. 3. While frying shrimp, sprinkle them with sea salt and add the sliced garlic. 4. Spread pesto on toast, place shrimp and sliced garlic. You can add some pine nuts as garnish. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper
