I love the idea of this enclosed hood, it looks great and though you'd need a really good vent hood (and to get it fixed immediately if it ever breaks!) it probably helps the smell in the kitchen. Though I wouldn't keep plants behind the stove like that, herbs or not. #kitchen

Cabinet design idea. I like the doors, no mullions, and the white with wood-color flooring. Not so fond of the drawer pulls. This was a kitchen redo where the wood cabinets were painted. I don't usually like to see good, undamaged wood cabinets painted, but in this case, it definitely improved the look of the space.

Another weekend project...Just found out how to brick my wall in the kitchen. This could be so much fun!
