DIY T-shirt bag. I made one myself out of a white T-shirt (new) & then dyed it an ombre light pink & blue and it was gorgeous. Cost $5 to make. Be frugal with your dye. No need to use all of it. I used Rit dye and even though instructions say to use hot water & the whole packet of dye, I used 1/4 of the packet and didn't need hot water (lukewarm is perfectly fine).
Thimble has a great pattern and tutorial for this cute pleated tote bag, perfect for hauling beach-going supplies or library books. It would make a great weekend project! [via Stacy Sews]
