This looks so good but i would put the sour cream on after its cooked. Corn tortilla chicken lasagna: Corn tortillas, shredded/cubed chicken breast, rinsed kidney beans, green peppers, salsa, sour cream, olives, Jack and cheddar cheese. Layer in greased baking dishes starting with the tortillas. Layer twice. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. Covered for first 25 min. Taste of Home

WOW -- I impressed myself with this one. Delicious Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe. I used a touch less (sea) salt and pepper and added a can of drained black beans. Topped with avocado, cilantro, and tortilla chips. SO GOOD!!!
