Rotel Corn Dip - use one drained can white corn, 1 block cream cheese, and 1 almost drained can of Rotel. Put it in a glass bowl and microwave it one minute at a time till hot and melted. Serve with Scoop Fritos and keep warm in a small crockpot.
Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball (2) 8 oz packages of cream cheese, room temp 1/2 cup shredded cheddar 1 cup bacon crumbles, divided 1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix Instructions Put cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix with mixer until combined. Add in ranch dip mix and mix well. Blend in shredded cheddar and 1/2 cup of the bacon crumbles. Once mixed, using your hands, form into a ball. Roll the ball into the remaining 1/2 cup of bacon crumbles. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Chili’s Skillet Queso Dip Copycat: Cube 1 lb. of Velvetta in skillet and add 1 (15 ounce) can Hormel No Beans Chili, 1 c. milk, 2 t. chili powder, 2 t. paprika, 1 Tbs. lime juice, 1/2 t. ground cayenne pepper, & 1/2 t. ground cumin. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until cheese is melted. Reduce to low and allow to simmer for best flavor.
