Go up in the St. Louis Arch (Gateway Arch). I almost went when I was younger but was scared. I also almost went up again when I went with Carson but I was scared again. One of my biggest fears is elevators, it's not the height, just the confined space. Also in St. Louis is the famous archway. This gateway to the west can actually be scaled! Tiny pods take small groups slowly up to the observation deck where you can look out into the city through tiny windows. It also boasts a museum below.
