    Oven Roasted Bacon. I'm trying this way next time. I tried it today another way and it didn't work for me. Bot I layered the bacon on top of each other and I put it in a rack in the pan and I preheated the oven first and cooked a whole pound. Don't know if any or all of these made any difference or not but will try this way next time.
