Crab and Cheese Stuffed Shells: Ingredients: 25-30 pasta shells 1 can lump crab meat (6-8 oz.) 10 oz. ricotta cheese 1 egg 4 cloves garlic, crushed ½ c grated Parmesan cheese ½c shredded mozzarella cheese salt and pepper, to taste 1 c fresh baby spinach chopped 2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped or 1 tsp. dried ¾ c half and half ½ c grated Parmesan cheese ¼ c fresh baby spinach, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed shredded mozzarella cheese for sprinkling
Creamy Garlic Shells ~ Oh. My. God. Were these ever good! I grew up eating the packaged garlic shells and wondered if these would hold a candle to those. These blew the packaged ones out of the water! Be sure to spend a little extra money on the Parmesan cheese. It will be well worth it!
