56Baked Caramel Popcorn 1 cup butter 2 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup corn syrup 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 6 quarts popped popcorn oven to 250F. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar, corn syrup and salt; stir to combine. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
