1/8 tsp Nutmeg, grated
1 tsp Spanish sweet smoked paprika such as pimenton de la vera

2 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
1 Vegetable oil

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs


1 3 cup grated manchego cheese, about 1.8 oz, grated
3 tbsp Butter, unsalted
