Red Potatoes, Russet Potatoes, Zucchini, Red Bell Pepper, Baby Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, and Whole Garlic Cloves. Roasted at 375-400 degrees for about 30-45 minutes, and dusted with Parmesan for the last 10 minutes in the oven.
Roasted Parmesan Potatoes these were Delicious! Creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I was making garlic bread, so instead of using the broiler, I brushed garlic butter (melted) on both the pan and the potato halves, then sprinkled both with parmesan. Placed the potatoes, cut side down on the baking pan and placed in the 425 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Great alternative to pop corn...Movie Snack! Crispy Edamame -1 (12 ounce) package frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans), 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese, salt & pepper to taste. 15 min. in a 400 oven
