Reed and I have been using this Big Train product for the past several weeks. It doesn't have the chalky after taste that so many protein powders do. It's so easy to make. I put some powder, water and fresh berries in a blender and voila - an amazing protein drink! Best of all, it's gluten free and doesn't bother Reed, who is lactose intolerant.
