This is more profound that it initially seems. How many of us work ourselves into a bad mood thinking about how much fitter we ought to be rather than expending the energy doing some bodyweight exercises or just moving around? (Guilty as charged.)

Running was my life in high school! I occasionally run and thankful i can after my accident its a little hard on my knee but love to get out for at least a fast paced walk or jog! :D

"I need this taped to my fridge!" No. No, you don't. Unless you're the kind of person who also tapes pictures of swimsuit models on their fridge, which, in that case, go ahead. Because eating, you know, is a sign of weakness.

(as if it's as easy as keeping calm when I'm about to lose my mind over pizza...) But still. Ignore that junk food!
