The homemade whole-wheat pasta was a smashing success tonight...even easier and better tasting than I remembered. The texture of fresh pasta is just to.die.for. It's kind of like the difference between grocery store and home grown tomatoes! We are now officially spoiled and will have a hard time going back to store bought pasta again (at least anytime soon!).

If you’ve never done this before, you are seriously missing out. Grapefruit is good but broiled grapefruit is GOOOOD. The sugars caramelize and the flesh gets a little warm and gooey and it’s a sweet, tangy, brûléed masterpiece for your tastebuds. I highly recommend it.
