Pepperoni String Cheese Rollups. These were really easy to make and made nice finger food at a party. I didn't serve with a pizza sauce/marinara dip, but instead spooned some onto the crescent roll before I added the pepperoni and cheese. I served them warm, but they were fine even after sitting out for more than an hour. I would make these again.
Filled French Toast Roll-Ups - 8 slices white sandwich bread (the soft, fluffy type); peanut butter, jelly, cream cheese, dulce de leche, cajeta or nutella; 2 eggs; 3 Tbls milk; 1/3 c granulated sugar; 1 heaping tsp ground cinnamon; butter, for greasing the pan; maple syrup, for serving.
