This is a persons YAYA's recipe for their fav. Filipino marinade after a famous restaurant in the Philipines. Marinade chicken or pork in it for 2days/nights then grill. You also ca ake a bbq sauce from this base marinade by adding a few ingredients. Recipe calls for 7up or sprite.

For meat that 'falls from the bone' it's worthwhile (prior to marinading) boiling the ribs for around 20 minutes, cooling and then marinading.. really delicious
