Oreo Fluff - 1 (3.4 oz) box white chocolate instant pudding just the mix, 2 cups milk, 1 (8 oz) container cool whip thawed to room temperature, 1 pkg. Double Stuffed Oreos crushed (I used Double Stuffed), 2 cups mini marshmallows. In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk together for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool whip, crushed Oreos and mini marshmallows Store in fridge until ready to eat and serve. Mini Oreo cheesecake- fun variation on the Nilla wafer mini cheesecakes. The cream cheese is very delish with the sour cream in it. I used light sour cream and 1/3 less fat cream cheese. They took a while longer to bake, but otherwise turned out just fine. A little bit of a crust on the top which may not be there if using full fat? Definitely good enough to make again :)
Oreo Fluff. Sounds like a cool idea for a random study snack next year for me and my roommates.

For the Oreo Buttercream 1 stick salted butter – room temperature 1 stick unsalted butter – room temperature 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract 1 1/2 pounds confectioner’s sugar (powdered sugar, 10x) 3-4 tablespoons very cold milk 25 Oreo cookies chopped
Why have just an Oreo when you can have one stuffed with peanut butter and Marshmallow Fluff and dunked in chocolate and sprinkles?
