This is an amazing looking fungus. First thing that came to mind was Porcelain Fungus - Oudemansiella Mucida

"Campanella caesia, a rare species of fungi, with very few citations, fruiting on Arundo donax, 16-11-201, Riba-roja de Turia."

I don't know why, but I get nostalgic looking at this picture

Neutral-gray Mycena, or Mycena subcana (the bluish-grey) and Bell-shaped fuzzy foot, or Xeromphalina campanella (the yellow-orange) | "If you have avoided couch potato syndrome and enjoy walking in the hemlock forests of this region from spring into early winter, you certainly have seen this pretty, miniature mushroom [the bell-shaped fuzzy foot]."
