Greek Dressing So Good You Could Drink It Straight -- 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup red wine vinegar, 2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, 2 1/2 tsp. dried basil, 2 tsp. pepper, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. onion powder, 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard, Mix together and shake well. Store at room temperature tightly covered. This was great just like the recipe reads, but I kicked it up a notch by adding some Feta cheese to the recipe and it was amazing!

My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put 2 Tbsp. of olive oil in a ziploc with some minced garlic, salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes."
