chicken cordon bleu. I tried this tonight. Yum! I did it poor man style though with cheap lunch meat ham and Panko bread crumbs and made mini ones so I got twelve small ones instead of six large. Froze a bunch so I can just pop in the oven for dinner when I am lazy.

Slow Cooker Chicken Caesar Sandwiches - Made for dinner tonight and love, love, loved it! I didn't use the slow cooker, just cooked and shredded the chicken conventionally. I also added bacon pieces to it. Definitely making again!
Easy Chicken Cordon Blue. This was way easy but in my opinion just ok. Sauce tasted to much like the mustard and as it sat for leftovers it got salter tasting. Hoping to find a better recipe in place of this.
