GREAT idea!! Two Christmas stocking holders suspending a standard curtain rod for hanging multiple stockings. So much cheaper than buying multiple stocking hangers. Isn't that smart?! Why didn't I think of that!

Stocking Rods - use a curtain rod to hang stockings. Great if you have a large family or no mantle. Make it unique - hang the stockings from ribbons alternating length and height.

I want these... but not for almost $30 each.

Stockings made from sweaters (thrift store finds). Turn sweater inside out, trace the pattern, SEW BEFORE CUTTING to avoid unraveling, and cut it all out.

LOVE THIS IDEA!! Hang decorative curtain rod from weighted stocking holders, then hang stockings from rod.

I think I will mesh all these stocking ideas together to get the one I really want!

Use only 2-3 stocking hangers and a curtain rod. good idea! we have 5 hooks and need more :o) this is much easier than taking those out, filling holes and making new ones!
