Great advice. It is pretty easy to see where this makes sense. I know a lot of people who snack out of boredom, not even aware of how many calories they ingest simply because they haven't assigned a better activity for little pockets of time.

Do what you want even if you don't look like your visualized ideal. Just live now or life and opportunities for joy will pass you by. It is ridiculous to wait to swim the ocean or to forgo skiing because you won't look amazing in a swimsuit or a snowsuit. Go. Be alive!
