I added mexican cheese after it had cooked, used turkey bacon instead of regular, added a little very ripe cubed Amish grown tomato and added southwest seasoning and salt. Use a spoon to eat it so you can get all that yummy avocado out of it's shell! I placed them on top of a mini cupcake pan so they wouldn't roll and spill the egg. It just stabilized them really well. I had trouble getting my bullet blender blades to move and had to add water. It never fully blended and so was quite runny with chunks of frozen banana but delicious nonetheless. Next time I will see if the food processor or a different bullet blade works better.
