    Want to have a space for your home office but short on space? How about that spare room closet? Put a desk, shelves, etc put into a closet to make a private office area. Just close the doors when you are done! Paint the inside of closet a special color, and put some cork boards up to pin items on. This idea works great too if you have an armoire to convert into an office. Only thing with the closet office I don't like is usually there are no plug ins in closets! Handymen welcome!

    This "closet office" appeals to my love of small spaces. I would love to open up my closet and be greeted by vintage wallpaper, a wicker desk chair, and a hidden workspace filled with all of my craft supplies! If I had the right closet, this would be DIY... for now "Dream Home" :) (I have the perfect closet to bad I wouldnt have any whare to put my clothes. :()

Ooh, a photo wall - AMAZING!!!

(Jenni) Great idea! Day bed with extra storage in your craft or sewing space! #Organization #Sewing CraftRoom #SewingRoom (Betsy)So pretty. Love the cushy daybed.

I can't really tell, but it looks like the doors have obscured glass in the top half... I like that idea, since the majority of the daylight will come from the side that the door swings to (it's right next to the french doors that go out to the backyard).

love this closet {it's cute how they used wallpaper on the doors and the interior of the closet}

this is about the size of one of my closets. Good organization idea to squeeze more use out of it.

Meg Braff - WOW! Proof that you don't need a "walk in closet" to make use of good space and be organized and have lots of clothes and accessories! Where do I find those drawers?!?

Having a home office or message center in the kitchen can be extremely helpful. Here a floor-to-ceiling cabinet conceals a variety of office supplies and keeps everything organized and off the nearby kitchen counter. A five-cubby organizer built into side of the cabinets functions as a mini mailbox for each family member.
