Avocado dressing - 1 large avocado 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1 teaspoon hot sauce 1/4 extra virgin olive oil 2 garlic cloves 3/4 teaspoon salt

TZATZIKI ~ 1 cup Greek yogurt 1 English cucumber , finely grated and drained 2 cloves garlic finely minced 2 tbsp. fresh or dried dill 1 tsp. olive oil Salt and pepper to taste DIRECTIONS: 1. Whisk together yogurt, cucumber, garlic and dill. 2. Stir in Olive oil. 3. Season with salt and pepper and chill in refrigerator.
