chocolate chip lava cake (Just a heads up, be SUPER careful when melting the chocolate chips with the milk (1/2 of each) We made 2 different bags and both were more runny than gooey :( So maybe use a little more chocolate chips than 1/2 a cup, and melt in microwave in shorter intervals. PS: The cookie dough recipe is AMAZING, could be used for regular chocolate chip cookies)

Chocolate Lava Cookies These were really easy & very good. The "lava" part of the name is deceiving and expected a liquid like center, which it wasn't. The cookie recipe included is a keeper for any chocolate chip cookie. Great with ice cream- Will probably make again and maybe try some different cookie/filling combos

*chocoate chip lava cookies. i made these {using my stand-by cookie recipe} after my SIL spotted a similar item at a popular chain restaurant. they were super easy to whip up, and she loved 'em! definitely serve them with the vanilla ice cream...it helps cut some the chocolate intensity.
