Another Pinner says: Ok, y'all, this is IT! This is the white cheese dip at Mexican restaurants that I've been trying to replicate for years! Make it. You won't be disappointed.
i'm having a difficult time believing restaurant-quality queso blanco dip would be made with american cheese, but i'm not above trying to make something like this...

The gentleman who gave me this recipe told me he’d been making candy for over 45 years and this was the ‘BILLION DOLLAR CANDY BAR’ as far as he was concerned. He’d made divinity, all sorts of fudge, tempered chocolate, spun sugar, and pulled taffy, but this is his favorite.
Three Cheese Artichoke Dip ~ I saw this recipe over on Paula Deen's website and I knew I had to try it right away. This has cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. It was so creamy and yummy. I served it with tortilla chips and Wheat Thins.
