Apple Banana Cookies

Apple Banana Cookies: 1 c. chopped apples (skin on), 1 banana, 1 c. almonds, 1 c. macadamia nuts, 1 c. shredded coconut, 2 T. cinnamon, 2 t. vanilla, 2 t. melted coconut oil, and 3 eggs.

Get Skinny / 2 large old bananas 1 cup of quick oats. You can add in choc chips, coconut, or nuts if you'd like. Then 350º for 15 mins. THAT'S IT!

German Pancakes: 6eggs, 1c milk, 1c flour, ½ t salt, 2T melted butter. Mix eggs, milk, flour and salt in a blender. Grease 13x9 baking dish w butter & pour in pancake batter. Bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
