    29SEP13 Target Circuit. This was a great full body workout that requires no eqipment. An excellent variety of exercises. The first round was easy but by the third round my legs and arms were shaking.

    Hold each pose for one minute and you'll feel great afterwards....def have to work up to all of this but worth a try
