Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese: Ryan LOVES buffalo sauce, so we made this dish I found on Pinterest. We made it without the chicken because we were also having buffalo chicken - and it worked well as a side dish. I will try it again WITH the chicken and make it a main dish. I would leave out a little of the pasta next time because I like more cheese to pasta ratio....

Buffalo chicken mac and cheese...Yum! This is like the buffalo chicken dip everyone loves, but with macaroni. It is very filling and this recipe makes enough for a crowd or a few nights left overs. Well worth eating for a second time. I give it a "5".

Although it is doubtful that I will make this, it is such a great idea, that I have to keep it in the hopper. I love that this was done in honor of Paula Deen! Something about mac & cheese, bacon with hot sauce and maple syrup really turns me on! NOM!
