ARTICHOKE POPPERS: Start with you favorite artichoke dip that has been chilled overnight. Gently roll artichoke dip into small balls. Roll in flour, then dip in beaten egg, then roll in Panko. Heat a couple inches oil in skillet. When hot, drop balls in - do not overcrowd. Cook until browned on one side then flip and repeat. Remove and drain. Serve hot. baked Crab & Artichoke Dip. very good!! i used shredded mozzerella and it was a cheesy goodness! i topped it with four cheese blend and parm and more mozz! i thought the bundle of onions was a lot but it was just perfect! i used sour cream and 1/3 less fat cream cheese. everyone loved it! 5/5
