      Fat vs. muscle, equal weight. Ewww. This is why measuring yourself or measuring fat percentage is more effective than weight scales at gauging progress when trying to lose fat. It is quite possible to be losing inches but not losing much overall weight if you are weight training, because as you lose fat you gain muscle, which weighs more. It's really important to incorporate weight training into any weight loss program.
