I don't have a stool but now I want one so I can do this to it! You could even make the top say something different like "star reader" and let the student who read the most minutes on reading log or read the most sight words sit on it one day. The possibilities are endless! Cute!

Saw a similiar ideaof this in one of my text books for school, Spaces and Places. I fell in love with it then and am still in love with the idea!

A cute display in the spring outside the classroom door. you could use this for adjectives and have the students write adjectives that describe them self on the petals or do an addition problem with the petals....
