Pumpkin fluff dip = Cool Whip, small instant vanilla pudding package, 1 can pumpkin, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Serve with cinnamon graham crackers, inside a pie pumpkin. :) This was a huge hit at work and everybody wanted the recipe!

Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dessert Dip 1 Block Cream Cheese, room temperature 4 Tablespoons Confectioners Sugar Caramel Sundae Sauce Mini Chocolate Chips Crushed Heath Bar Granny Smith Apples, sliced & soaking in lemon juice/water until ready to serve
1 whole milk ricotta ¼c plain yogurt (I prefer Greek) or sour cream ⅓c powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla ⅓c mini chocolate chips. I substitute the sugar with one teaspoon of honey and use yoghurt rather than sour cream for a healthier option.
