Strawberry Mixed Pepper Jam - I used a mix of habaneros, jalapenos, serranos and long hot Italian peppers from my garden. I left some of the seeds in for the heat! I also increased the pectin to 1-1/2 pkgs as per other comments about being runny. We've been tasting from the side of the pot and boy is it yummy! A good burn, but not over the top hot!
Sweet and Sour Sauce 3 c. Diced Red, Orange Or Yellow Bell Peppers ¾ c. Vinegar 3-½ c. Granulated White Sugar 1 box Sure-Jell dice peppers, place in saucepan with vinegar.cook for a minute.Add sure-jell to saucepan with peppers and vinegar, until boiling.Stir in sugar and bring to full rolling boil, boil for one full minute.Remove pan from heat and continue to stir for five minutes while sugar dissolves. 3 pint jars or 6 half-pint jars
