    Ranch Dressing II

    Vegetarian • Gluten free • 35 mins to make • Serves 12


    1/2 tsp Chives, dried
    1/2 tsp Dill weed, dried
    1/4 tsp Garlic powder
    1/4 tsp Onion powder
    1/2 tsp Parsley, dried


    1 cup Mayonnaise

    Baking & Spices

    1/8 tsp Black pepper, ground
    1/8 tsp Salt

      Ranch Dressing Mix - I multiply the herbs by 24 and store in the pantry. I use less dill. To make buttermilk ranch, mix 1+ tablespoon mix with 1 cup buttermilk and 2/3 cup mayo. Best ranch ever and costs a fraction of bottled or the envelopes.

      My Ranch Dressing: 1 cup greek yogurt and 1 cup buttermilk (or for dip: 1/2c sour cream), 2 tsp of dry ranch mix. (Serves 12, 1.5c of dip.) Dry Ranch Mix (makes 2 tsp): 1/2 t dried chives, 1/2 t dried parsley, 1/2 t dried dill weed, 1/4 t garlic powder, 1/4 t onion powder, 1/8 t salt, 1/8 t ground pepper. Dry Ranch Mix (fill jar): 1 T dried chives, 1 T dried parsley, 1 T dried dill weed, 1-1/2 t garlic powder, 1-1/2 t onion powder, 3/4 t salt, 3/4 t ground pepper. (Serves 72, 9 cups of dip)
