    Shells Stuffed with Artichokes, Prosciutto and Cheese Can't read the recipe so I used pre made stuffed shells, 1/4 LB prosciutto, 1 can of artichokes (drained), a pint of grape tomatoes & I made a vinaigrette with red wine vinegar, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper & onion powder. Baked at 375 for 30 min. Delish!!!!

    Shells Stuffed with Artichokes, Prosciutto and Cheese: 14 pasta shells; 150g artichokes in oil (after draining); 100g prosciutto; 50g mascarpone; 100g gruyere, cheddar, or mozzarella; nutmeg, pepper, oregano; cherry tomatoes. For the sauce: 1 can chopped tomatoes; s+p; 1tsp sugar; 1 small chilli; 1tsp oregano; 1/2 clove garlic; fennel; balsamic (start with tomatoes, add other ingredients and stir, bring to boil, and cook covered for 15 mins). Cook shells til al dente, chop artichokes & ham, stir fry ham for a couple of minutes, grate cheese, mix all in a bowl with spices and 2/3 of the mascarpone, stuff shells and pour sauce over all, sprinkle with remaining cheese and nuzzle in cherry tomatoes, s+p, 210C oven for 15-20 mins. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and garnish with basil!
