Homemade pizza pockets for freezing - lunches - made this recipe with 2 1/2 c all purpose & 2 1/2 ww pastry flour. Dough came out a bit tough; still ok but I think less kneading time would be good. Being able to roll them out in a sheet the punch rounds would save time & make more uniform; also using an icecream scoop for even portions in each.
Breakfast Burritos! Makes almost 2 doz. Wrap individually and freeze. I added onion & red pepper to the sausage, and Old Bay to the potatoes for some more flavor. We warm them in the mic. or fry them. These are the bomb for any busy family!
