Chicken and Biscuit Casserole. 1 Pillsbury biscuit tube 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (regular sized), ½ cup of Sour Cream, ½ stick of butter, 2 cups cooked chicken, 1 cup mild cheddar cheese 3 TBS milk. Bake 375 35 min. mmmmmm!!
Crockpot Broccoli Cheese Soup 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup 1 small onion 1 carrot 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed 2 (12 oz.) bags frozen chopped broccoli 1 quart half and half 1 teaspoon hot sauce shredded cheddar cheese and croutons for topping (optional) Pulse onion and carrot in food processor. Add all ingredients to crock pot and mix. Cook on high for four (4) hours. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and croutons. Enjoy!
creamy crockpot ranch potatoes 2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 envelope buttermilk ranch dressing mix 1 can cream of potato soup 1/2 cup milk Place potatoes in crockpot. Combine cream cheese and dressing mix; add soup and blend well. Pour mixture over potatoes and mix completely. Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Crawfish bisque. Pour 2 cans cream of potato soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained), one stick of butter cut into pieces, 4 oz cream cheese, 1 pint half&half, 1 pkg frozen crawfish meat - thawed, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper into crock pot and simmer for ~3 hours. This is my family's Christmas Eve dinner! So easy and so good.
