Crockpot Tortilla Soup - Made it Jan '12. Good! Next time I will omit or put less water in it. I used 2 large chick breasts and it was more than enough chick. Used 1 lime and 1 original Ro-tel. Used taco seasoning instead of all the other seasonings.

(3) boneless skinless chicken breasts chili peppers, chopped (optional) chopped fresh cilantro
Easy & Delicious. The chicken literally fell off the bone when I lifted it out of the crock pot to put on a serving platter. (PS-I threw some carrots in too, they were amazing, the kids even ate them)

WEEK 11 part 1:crock pot chicken in 5 ingredients - chicken, rice, cream cheese, cream of chicken, and italian seasoning.>>>>>>>Adjusting the recipe a bit; I used not frozen breasts and cooked them on low for 6 hours. I think next time I will only go for 5 hours to make it less dry, but it still came out “pull apart good” and tender. The sauce was creamy and very tasty. Will make again!
