French Toast Casserole - this is one of my all time favorite brunch items. So easy and is always devoured.

French Toast Casserole What you need: 1 Loaf of cinnamon swirl bread or Texas toast bread cut into cubes 6 Eggs beaten 3 c Milk 2 t Vanilla 2 t Cinnamon 1 c Fresh Raspberries or Blueberries optional Place cubed bread into a greased 13x9 pan Mix eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon and berries if you choose to use them Pour over bread Refrigerate covered overnight or at least one hour (Overnight is the best) Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and serve with syrup
