Satsuma Bourbon Sour: Ingredients ― 4 oz freshly squeezed Satsuma or tangerine juice; 1 oz freshly squeezed meyer lemon juice; 2 oz Bourbon; splash of Clementine soda. Instructions ― Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, pour into a cocktail glass, and serve.
"The Best" Amaretto Sour --// 1½ oz amaretto / ¾ oz cask-proof bourbon / 1 oz lemon juice / 1 tsp. 2:1 simple syrup / ½ oz egg white, beaten / // Dry shake ingredients to combine, then shake well with cracked ice. Strain over fresh ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon peel and brandied cherries, if desired.
